Aye just finished. Ehmm let me see..

Go to Profile > Preferences and then its in there select 'No'.

I need to set it to be at 'No' automatically but Im off work on Thursday so I'll get a lot done then.

BTW that didn't work, still got those emails and I can't see that option any more in preferences...
